Train the Trainer

During the introduction phase you will identify the trainers in your restaurants. The trainer may be yourself or some other experienced employee. Once these people are identified and they have reviewed the instructors guide, we will then do a train-the-trainer session either in person or via the phone depending on your desires and location.

Our instructor guides are very comprehensive and include everything needed in order to successfully facilitate each session. The training is experiential based meaning that there are lots of fun and interactive exercises making for an entertaining learning experience.
